Come and Train with Us
Spring has sprung and summer is around the corner. We getting dogs and pups ready for the upcoming hunting season and Hunt Tests/Field Trials. We are training on a regular basis. If you would like to come and train with us, e-mail info@smsstc.org with the following information:
- Age and Breed of your Spaniel. All Spaniels are welcome!!
- The amount of experience the dog has had in the field
- Your goals/apsirations for your dog
We'll respond back to you with our next training date.

2010 Field Trial
Our fall field trial will be held Oct 2/3, 2010 at Hunters Creek Club in Metamora, Michigan. Our Judges for the Open and the Amateur are John Halpin/Mike Petrich. For the puppy stake we have Trent Bosse/Jeff Beelman judging. Click here for full details.

2010 Spring Hunt Test
We had another very successful hunt test this spring. Many thanks to the judges, Colonial Farms, club members and participants. We had 29 dogs run on Saturday with 5 Master, 4 Senior and 6 Junior Ribbons awarded. On Sunday we had 30 dogs 1 Master, 6 Senior and 7 Junior Ribbons awarded. We also had the first Airedale qualify at our test (pictured at left).
